What is our pricing?
Depending on the job level, Recruitday charges a placement fee computed as a percentage (service fee) of the candidate’s salary package for the first year. Please get in touch with us to receive personalized quotations.
Is there a replacement guarantee?
If the hired candidate is unable to work, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated within ninety (90) calendar days from start date, Recruitday shall be given thirty (30) calendar days to find a suitable replacement candidate free of charge. In case Recruitday is unable to find a replacement after the 30-day period, the Client shall receive a credit memo equivalent to 100% of the original fee.

The Client will give Recruitday all the info they need about the job requirements and specifications. If Recruitday needs more clarity, they might ask for a meeting to talk it over. Recruitday will then go ahead and find the right candidates, screen them, and suggest the best ones to the Client. They'll also help the candidates through the application and recruitment process. The Client will give feedback on the candidates and decide who moves on to the next stage, all the way up to the job offer. Recruitday will invoice the Client a day after the endorsed candidate starts working in the role.
